1. To place an order, you need to fill in the requested information.
  2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order. If the Buyer does not pick up the package on time and it is returned, re-shipment is possible only after paying for the re-delivery. The storage period for paid goods is no more than 2 weeks.
  3. An invoice for payment on the website can only be issued if the product is in stock.
  4. After the order is paid, the Buyer receives the product through delivery to the selected parcel locker. This usually takes 2 days. To maintain the recommended temperature conditions for cosmetics, all parcel lockers are located indoors.
  5. The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase only by not picking up the package from the parcel locker. In this case, the refund will be processed within a month. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund in double the amount.
  6. Return of received goods (cosmetics) is not possible, regardless of the condition of the packaging.
  7. The packaging of the product may differ from the one shown on the website.
  8. The expiration date of the sold product is indicated on the packaging.
  9. In case of receiving a package with damaged product packaging, you must immediately take a photo of the product and the box with the visible defect, clearly indicating the cause of the product damage.
