- To place an order, you need to fill in the requested information.
- The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order. If the Buyer does not pick up the package on time and it is returned, re-shipment is possible only after paying for the re-delivery. The storage period for paid goods is no more than 2 weeks.
- An invoice for payment on the website can only be issued if the product is in stock.
- After the order is paid, the Buyer receives the product through delivery to the selected parcel locker. This usually takes 2 days. To maintain the recommended temperature conditions for cosmetics, all parcel lockers are located indoors.
- The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase only by not picking up the package from the parcel locker. In this case, the refund will be processed within a month. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund in double the amount.
- Return of received goods (cosmetics) is not possible, regardless of the condition of the packaging.
- The packaging of the product may differ from the one shown on the website.
- The expiration date of the sold product is indicated on the packaging.
- In case of receiving a package with damaged product packaging, you must immediately take a photo of the product and the box with the visible defect, clearly indicating the cause of the product damage.
