This toner efficiently eliminates excess oil and shine, minimizing the appearance of pores. pH – 5.5–6.5
How to use:
Apply 1–1.5 ml of toner to a cotton pad and gently pat onto cleansed facial skin, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse off.
