Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus, § 53 (4) (4)),
the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons,
are not suitable for return if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.

This category includes cosmetic products.

Cosmetic products

Cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged if:

• the product has been opened or used;
• the original packaging or protective seal has been damaged;
• the product complies with the order and has no defects.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the return request is based on a change of mind, unmet expectations, or finding a lower price elsewhere.

Non-conforming goods

In accordance with § 217 and § 218 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act,
if the consumer receives:

• a defective product;
• an incorrect product;
• a product damaged during delivery,

the product is considered non-conforming to the contract.

In such cases, the consumer is entitled to:

• replacement of the product or
• a refund.

Damage during delivery

Damage caused during delivery is not considered a standard return,
but a case of non-conforming goods.
Please notify us as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and packaging.
